[Young miso]
"Wakadori Miso" is a classic dish of Matsusaka's famous grilled chicken.
We grill young chicken coated in our special miso sauce, and serve it with extra miso.
[Salted chicken neck]
If you order "salt" at Noboyan, you'll be served ginger soy sauce.
After grilling the meat seasoned with salt, you dip it in this sauce before eating.This plump chicken neck meat is the perfect match for the salt-based sauce.
[Young green onions]
Our third store's special "Young Chicken with Lots of Green Onions" features grilled young chicken topped with our special green onion sauce.
It has a sesame oil flavor, yet it's refreshing and addictive!!
[Harami]
Our seasoned skirt steak is made by grilling chicken skirt steak marinated in our homemade sauce, and then serving it as is.
Skirt steak is also a very popular menu item!!
This is Amiyaki Noboyan "Osaka Fukushima Store," located about an 8-minute walk from Fukushima Station.
